Coordinates and oversees daily workflow using assigned administrative and information technology systems to ensure the timely and accurate interpretation and communication of radiology studies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates, monitors and supports the real-time workflow of radiology studies between D-H radiologists, ordering providers and contracted facilities.
- Using various IT systems, trouble-shoots and resolves issues related to image movement between facilities.
- Perform Help Desk functions for IT related issues within the department and will triage appropriately
- Facilitates the clinical communication between Radiologists and ordering providers to ensure clinical practice and American College of Radiology guidelines are met.
- Coordinates the timely protocoling of exams from contracted facilities.
- Responsible for creating and disseminating quality and performance reports to multiple organizations served by the department.
- Responsible for benchmarking and reporting departmental performance against our contractual commitments.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred with two years of experience working within an office environment or customer service.
- Must have excellent spelling and typing skills.
- Must be able to communicate tactfully with a broad spectrum of professionals including physicians, nurses, technologists and administrative staff.
- Must be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
- Must be able to independently prioritize and re-prioritize a time-sensitive workload.
- Knowledge of word processing and ability to quickly learn new Information Technology systems.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.

Day and Evening Shifts Available
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Days: Working hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm
Evenings: Working hours are Sunday-Thursday, 2pm-10:30pm
Performs repairs, maintenance, and installation of electrical equipment and systems. Performs installation, demolition, and reconstruction of areas and systems at project sites.
Responsibilities
- Performs preventative maintenance, trouble shoots, and repairs a variety of types of electrical equipment.
- Maintains and repairs emergency power generators and associated switchgear. In the case of an extended utility outage, uses established procedures to supply emergency power to non-critical areas.
- Installs new wiring and equipment, altering electrical systems or equipment, or on construction and projects. Installs new electrical services to lighting starters and repairs the same along with connections to switchboards, load centers, transformers, and light dimming systems. Designs and maintains interactive automated systems. Installs conduit (EMT, Rigid, and PVC) metal-clad (MC) cable to other wiring methods for in-house projects.
- Evaluates and makes recommendations concerning storeroom spare parts and supplies needed to accomplish work orders and projects.
- Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment per procedures. Evaluates the effectiveness of procedures, making recommendations for improvements. Completes preventative maintenance documentation, as well as performs work order repairs on electrical equipment with consideration for the impact of on-going operations, and patient and personal safety. Evaluates the nature of reported problems and determines the most cost effective method for corrective action. Follows up to ensure that the problems have been corrected. Completes all documentation.
- Provides assistance to other trades during both routine and emergency situations. May be assigned to emergency assistance teams, and perform snow removal duties.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- High school graduate.
- Knowledge of computer automated systems operation with emphasis on control and electronic circuitry and troubleshooting desired.
- Previous blueprint and control schematic reading experience required.
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Valid Journeyman's license. - D-H Hands Only CPR Training required.

Environmental Services is a large (170+) team of Service Professionals responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment. Our team receives advanced training in disinfection and infection prevention to clean in patient care areas. They utilize state of the art equipment in order to clean our 1.8 million square feet of space. Customer service is also our specialty, as we work with and around our patients and staff in a very busy medical center.
If you do not have experience, we will train you for this position.

-Performs a variety of general cleaning duties including buffing and refinishing of floors, carpet maintenance and the transporting of all waste, recyclables and other materials.
Responsibilities
-Hand dust, sweep, dry and/or wet mop, spot clean, vacuum, wash walls, windows, sills, clean bathrooms, auto scrub, strip, seal, spray buff, burnish, finish floors, and bonnet buff and extract carpet in assigned areas.
-Removes all bed linens and replaces with clean linens, cleans mattress, pillows and all other furniture in patient unit. Cleans wastebaskets, lockers, bathrooms, window sills, and floors. Maintains a daily record of all discharge and transfer units cleaned.
-Collects, transports, and delivers equipment, supplies and waste (hazardous, contaminated and recycled materials).
Ensures that all housekeeping equipment is clean, safe and properly maintained. Reports all faulty equipment to the supervisor.
-Removes drapes, cubical curtains and furniture for cleaning and repair.
-Replaces all consumable supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels and soap.
-Moves furniture and changes light bulbs.
-Responds to emergency cleaning needs and "OOPS" calls.
-Cleans cardiac chairs, stretchers, wheelchairs, and other equipment as directed by the supervisor.
-Operates tow motor, picking up trash carts from designated locations and transporting them to the Waste Management Center.
-Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
-High school diploma (or GED) strongly preferred.
-Ability to read and write required.
-Prior satisfactory work experience is preferred.
